Positive: Perfect location, comfy beds.

Negative: Staff was either not responding at all, or not responding in a respectful manner. For instance, the heaters weren't working and it took many phone calls for the staff to finally come and take a look (there is no one at reception after 2pm). Turned out there was a mechanical problem. Staff didn't take our request seriously at all during the first interactions, suggesting we hadn't turned them on properly. Also, one day our room wasn't cleaned, and apparently, we had to put a card on the door knob in order to get fresh towels. Which hadn't been communicated to us at check in.
